  • Find out what every Future saint parent needs to know by adding your email to our "Connections" newsletter mailing list. Just email Scott Vogel, Director of Enrollment and let him know.

  • Any eighth grade or high school student is welcome to follow one of our students for the day and get a firsthand look at what it’s like to be a Saint.

Extended Enrollment Timeline

(beginning December 22)


Here are the steps for Extended Enrollment at Central Catholic High School:


  1. Fill out our online application. It takes about five minutes and there is no obligation - it simply shows us that you're interested in having your eighth grade student attend Central Catholic.

  2. Last year, nearly half of our students received tuition assistance and totaling over $477,000. If you are applying for tuition assistance, fill out and submit FACTS Grant & Aid by April 28.

  3. We'll ask your student's school for current grades and will look to approve our applicants. If your student attends Corpus Christi, Epiphany or St. Mary's, we'll receive those records automatically. If your student attends any other school, you'll receive an "Academic and Behavior Request" form to sign and take to your current school when you apply.

  4. We'll review your application and, once approved, you'll receive registration information.

  5. After registering, you'll meet with one of our counselors, set up the classes for your student's freshman year, and remit a $300 Commitment Fee.

  6. Your student is a Saint!


2023-24 Future Saints Activities


We'll continue to fill in dates as they are confirmed, but here is what we have for the 2023-24 school year:

 

  • Friday, August 25 - Online Applications Open for 2024-25 School Year

  • Friday, September 8 - Future Saints Tailgate: 5th-8th Grade students join us for a tailgate prior to the Saints 7:00 p.m. game vs. Paxton-Buckley-Loda. The party gets started at 5:30 and goes until 6:30. All 6-8th grade tailgaters receive free admission to the game with a paying adult.

  • Thursday, September 21 - Aspire to be a Saint Day​​​​: 8th grade students will spend the morning with Central Catholic ambassadors and participate in the morning class schedule. They will stay for lunch and return to their school by 1 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 11 - 8th Grade High School Placement Test (HSPT): 8th Grade Students interested in coming to Central Catholic are invited to take the Placement Test to help counselors in finding an appropriate selection of classes. Students need to bring two pencils and a check made out to CCHS for the testing fee of $15. Calculators are not allowed on the HSPT.

  • Wednesday, October 18 - Showcase Central Catholic 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.: Parents of 7th and 8th grade students and their students are invited to tour the school in a structured classroom setting to get an overview of the curriculum and meet the faculty and staff of Central Catholic. Come early and check out our Pep Band from 5:30 - 6:00. Advanced registration is not required and there is no need to bring anything - information will be provided that night. Guests should plan to be here from 6:00 - 8:00 with an opportunity to sign up for clubs and athletics beginning at 8:00.

  • Friday, January 19 (tentative) - Pack the Place: All Partner School school students are invited to watch the Saints. Activities are planned during the game for our Future Saints!

  • Thursday, March 14 - Musical: Students are invited to watch a special matinee of our musical at 9:00 a.m.

  • Wednesday, May 1 - 7th Grade Bowling Day: Our Ambassadors will host 7th Grade students from our Partner and Community Schools for an afternoon of fun at Pheasant Lanes.

  • Saturday, May 11 - Junior High Dance: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m: All 6th - 8th Grade Students & all members of the Central Catholic Class of 2028 will have a great time as our Student Ambassadors present this fun, nearly-end-of-the-school-year event!

Early Enrollment Timeline (through December 21)

Here are the steps for Early Enrollment at Central Catholic High School:


  1. Fill out our online application. It takes about five minutes and there is no obligation - it simply shows us that you're interested in having your eighth grade student attend Central Catholic.

  2. Check out our Early Enrollment Timeline for important dates and events.

  3. Last year, nearly half of our students received tuition assistance and totaling over $477,000. If you are applying for tuition assistance, fill out and submit FACTS Grant & Aid by October 31.

  4. As your quarter/trimester ends, we'll ask your student's school for current grades and will look to approve our applicants. If your student attends Corpus Christi, Epiphany or St. Mary's, we'll receive those records automatically. If your student attends any other school, you'll receive an "Academic and Behavior Request" form to sign and take to your current school when you apply.

  5. We'll send offer letters the week of November 14 to all approved students. The offer letter is your invitation to accept admittance to Central Catholic. It will contain tuition assistance amounts for those who applied via FACTS Grant & Aid and reflect scholarships for our Saints Scholars.

  6. Once you accept the offer letter, you'll receive registration information.

  7. After registering, you'll meet with one of our counselors, set up the classes for your student's freshman year, and remit a $300 

  8. Commitment Fee. These meetings will take place between November 29 - December 8.

  9. Your student is a Saint!


Tuition and Fees


Tuition for the 2023-24 School Year is:

  • $8,700 for students affiliated with a Partner Parish.
  • The non-affiliated tuition rate is $10,800 for those not affiliated with a Partner Parish.
